Few bits of information
- 3" vent reduces to 1-1/2" in attic, which serves shower, tub, toilet, kitchen sink, basement bathroom and kitchen sink.
- old home owner was a plumber and butchered the plumbing and the structural integrity of the house needing a full overhaul.
- please let me know if planned plumbing would be suitable and follow code in ontario.

Disregarding code, in your opinion what would be the best way forward for me to get a working bathroom. I have what I have and there is not much I can change.
